State Testing

Parents/Guardians:  As required by state law, we are informing you that you have two options in the Aurora Public School District to opt your children out of state testing, if you wish to do so.  Here are those options, with corresponding deadlines:

• IC Parent Portal Opt-Out Tool - This tool is now live in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and instructions to access it are at these links: English directions/Spanish directions.  If you have trouble with Parent Portal, please contact your school representative.  The deadline to use this tool is Friday, March 31st.

• Paper Opt-Out Form - The district Opt-Out form is available at the bottom of this page.  Please complete this form and submit it to your school representative.  The deadline to use this paper Opt-out form is Friday, April 14th.
