Ms. Pfohl

Hello 4th grade families! My name is Ms. Pfohl (pronounced ‘foal’ like a baby horse) and this will be my 7th year teaching in the Yale community. When not working with my students, I spend time with my husband and two sons. We love to discover new places around the world together, but we also enjoy staying home cuddling with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. My spare time is spent playing video games, completing puzzles, watching documentaries, and reading! I can be a bit silly and I have been known to break into song and dance randomly and sport the occasional goofy costume.

I can’t wait to get to know each and every one of you! It is my goal to create a classroom community and encourage students to work together to maintain a safe and positive environment. Throughout the year, I will provide everyone with a challenging and amazing experience whether in-person or remotely. I want students to see the relationship between their education in the school environment and their education at home and beyond.

I highly encourage communication to ensure your child’s success. If you need to contact me, email is the best option during the day when I have students. If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me.
